Meet the Founder
Claudien Niyigena, MBA
Founder, ABIRU Labs
Claudien is an AI strategist and systems builder who founded ABIRU Labs to power products like LaborLink and Safety Square. He earned his MBA in Finance from the UHD Marilyn Davies College of Business and holds a BS in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Periyar University.
Before founding LaborLink, Claudien served as Senior Tech Support-Automation at USA DeBusk, where he overhauled maintenance processes for industrial robotics, cutting costs by 60% and developing an asset accountability system with a 95% recovery rate. Prior to that, he spent six years as Managing Director of Urban Concept Ltd in Rwanda, scaling the construction services enterprise by 150% in three years.
LaborLink was born from firsthand experience on the industrial floor. Seeing how people with real skills had no clear path into the trades that needed them most. The platform exists to be that path.
