Description
Matrix Service Tank Division is currently looking for Tankie's who have experience welding WITH the AGW / 3 O'clock welder on aboveground storage tanks and specialty vessels. Responsible for performing welding and grinding functions per job specifications. Selects equipment and plans layout and assembly of welding. Works closely and interacts with supervision. * Must be able travel for extended or short periods of time when the job requires it. * Tank Welders, Must be able to pass the following weld tests. Carbon Steel Plate Test: FCAW (Flux Core) – 2G, 3G, 4G SMAW E6010 (5P) 3G, Downhill SMAW E7018 – 2G, 3G, 4G Specialty Vessel Welders must be able to pass the following weld tests. 9% Nickel Plate Test: FCAW (ENiCrMo3T1-4) - 2G, 3G, 4G SMAW (ENiCrMo-6) - 2G, 3G, 4G
