Summary/ Objective The Field Supervisor I – Turnaround Group is responsible for leading and coordinating industrial cleaning operations during refinery, petrochemical, and terminal turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. This position provides hands-on field leadership in fast-paced, high-risk environments and oversees the safe, efficient, and timely execution of hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, vacuum services, and other industrial cleaning activities. The Field Supervisor I – Turnaround Group coordinates multiple crews, personnel, equipment, and other project resources to support daily work plans and turnaround schedules.
