Job Title: EH&S Manager Business Unit/Department: EH&S                                                     Phoenix, AZ / On-site EH&S Area Manager Loenbro Industrial Services is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to provide day‑to‑day safety leadership on a major data center project in West Valley Phoenix, AZ. This management‑level role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, elevating safety performance across site operations, and maintaining a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety expertise with a focus on electrical systems and mission‑critical environments. Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities. Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals. Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance. Lead incident and near‑miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs. Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives. Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts. Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce.   Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety. OSHA 510 Certification required. Experience in electrical safety and data center construction (strongly preferred). Deep knowledge of OSHA510 standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices. Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software. Ability to travel periodically as needed. Preferred CHST certification Bilingual (Spanish & English)   Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors. Fabrication shops with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
