Operation Superintendent - Eastern Canada

You’ll lead a team and be responsible for creating a positive, engaged work environment, including performance management, development, and workforce planning A big part of the role is overseeing scheduling and resource planning, making sure the right people and equipment are in place to support operations effectively You’ll manage fleet maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs, compliance requirements, and coordinating repairs or upgrades with internal teams and vendors Safety is a top priority. You’ll help drive a strong safety culture, lead incident reviews, support audits, and ensure best practices are consistently followed This role is very operationally focused, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to use resources, improve performance, and reduce costs You’ll also oversee key administrative responsibilities such as payroll reporting, budgeting support, and operational cost forecasting Training and compliance are important components of the position, including managing employee certifications, customer-required training, and ensuring all fleet and regulatory requirements are met You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing operational support, resolving concerns, supporting sales activities, and helping manage larger projects when needed
