Description
You will always maintain a high degree of personal safety and environmental awareness while troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining pneumatic, electronic, analog, and digital process control instrumentation Repair Predictive Program instrumentation and document repair history in the CMMS system as required by site-specific documentation Troubleshoot systems utilizing Schematic Wiring Diagrams (SWD) and Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P ID) as they relate to process control Further, troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs of low voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below),Automatic Control Valves, and related equipment Perform day-to-day Process Analytical Equipment Calibration and Maintenance, including Thermal Conductivity, Flame Ionization, Paramagnetic, Electrolytic, Fuel Cell, and Gas Chromatography process analyzers Also, schedule and perform maintenance of electrical and electronic control systems, pneumatic instrumentation, control valves, motor control systems, low voltage electrical distribution, computer interfaces, and analytical equipment; climb ladders, stairways, and man-lifts as needed, instruct contract personnel on safety rules, and maintain a valid state-issued driver license
