Description
In this role you will lead and develop a team of approximately 24 maintenance professionals supporting a Panama shift schedule Establish and sustain total preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset reliability programs You will drive improvements in equipment uptime, overall equipment effectiveness, preventative maintenance compliance, and overall maintenance performance Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives Manage computerize maintenance management system processes, maintenance metrics, spare parts strategy, and equipment history documentation You will support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new equipment installations Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and equipment ownership
