The Regional Tool Manager will own tool inventory, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse support for Loenbro’s South Region. This includes tracking inventory of tools and equipment on prefab sites, construction sites, and in storage. This hands-on role ensures crews and prefabrication teams have the right, safe, and calibrated tools when and where they need them to keep projects on schedule and compliant with quality standards. Maintain accurate, real-time inventory of hand tools, powered tools, test equipment, and specialty fabrication tools in Loenbro’s tool tracking system; manage tool check-in/check-out process and tool tracking. Source, purchase, and maintain vendor relationships for tools, parts, and consumables; manage tool budgets and track cost trends. Help with shipping and receiving as needed. Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment. 3+ Years of equipment or tool inventory tracking experience. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, and stand for extended periods of time. RefTab, Asset Panda, Tool Hound or other tool system program experience. Effective at communicating with multiple teams. Bilingual in English/Spanish. In warehouse, on-site - typical warehouse setting and work environment. Occasional visits to project sites. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high as in a typical warehouse setting. Ability to work flexible hours. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
