About This Job
Description
Provide daily instruction to team members to ensure work is completed safely, on time and quality is maintained. Supervises, provides direction and coordinates the activities of fabrication craft workers. Conveys company policies to workers and enforces safety rules and regulations. Surveys blue print drawings to determine work procedures. Determines labor support and operating equipment needs, based on schedule and volume of work. Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet production schedule.
