Business Development Manager

Description

The position is responsible for collaborating and working efficiently within the Sales and Preconstruction department to ensure project opportunities and end-user client relationships are identified and cultivated. This role initiates and cultivates correspondence with key clients, design partners, and internal stakeholders to execute client strategy plans and internal preconstruction initiatives.   New client relationships and existing client expansion Maintenance and project lead generation Support client and market/industry strategy Targeted industry events and conferences for company visibility Demonstrate and embrace company values, LEAD: Live with Integrity, Exceed Expectations, Act with Urgency, Deliver Excellence Deadline-oriented, self-motivated, and possessing the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Strong writing capabilities, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and follow-through  Advocates and communicates Loenbro LEAD values – Live with Integrity, Exceed Expectations, Act with Urgency, Deliver Excellence Solid event planning experience/aptitude to lead and host client events Keen interest in learning more about the construction industry and evolving trends and ability to work in fast paced work environment Customer service orientated (internally and externally) 4+ yrs experience in a business development, sales or relevant role Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, communications, or related field Industry knowledge in electrical, mechanical, soft craft, fabrication and/or underground maintenance CRM/Salesforce system experience for tracking and organizing client and project opportunities  Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes. Travel requirements: up to 10% of time. Work schedule: 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday or as needed for company, client or industry events
