Senior Design Manager

Description

This position will facilitate the management of the design process throughout the design and construction administration phases. Working with the construction team (preconstruction, estimating, procurements, safety, quality control, Building Information Management (BIM), project engineering, and field supervision) they will actively participate in all aspects of the design process to ensure the design deliverables are executed within the constraints of code and public safety to a high standard of care; meet the Owner’s objectives; and satisfies the overall schedule and construction budget. They will execute design-to-budget initiatives through effective communication with the construction team, the designer, owner, and other key stakeholders involved in the Design-Build or CM@R process.
