Description
You will ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities while supporting the lowest life cycle cost Make technical decisions and recommendations based on data analysis and evaluation of costs, risks, and benefits Partner with regional reliability teams and plant staff to develop detailed outage plans, including parts requirements, contractor coordination, planned work, outage execution, and risk mitigation Present outage plans to leadership within Linde and customer organizations Further, you will develop and maintain spare parts plans, support inventory control and ordering, and adjust plans based on operating history and information from the Center of Excellence Partner with the Center of Excellence to implement best practices for maintenance and parts planning Develop and support reliability assessments and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement Support the setup of new facilities and reliability programs and lead identified reliability initiatives Assist with critical spare identification and BOM creation for critical assets in the CMMS and other critical systems And you will also support regional reliability teams with preventive maintenance compliance schedules and task plans in the CMMS, including electronics-specific maintenance Perform a combination of office and field work with approximately 25% domestic travel and occasional off-hours accessibility via laptop and cell phone
