About This Job
Description
You will set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and drilling machines. Further you will interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to manufacture precision components In this role you will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other related equipment You will troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime and scrap as well as perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support new product introductions and process improvements Lastly you will comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
