Description
You will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) facility while ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements You will oversee daily plant operations and provide leadership to a unionized workforce, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance You will drive operational excellence by improving reliability, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives You will coordinate production, maintenance, and contractor activities to ensure customer requirements are met safely and efficiently You will monitor plant performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency You will troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance You will manage facility budgets, control costs, and plan maintenance shutdowns, outages, and capital improvement projects You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure consistent delivery of production, quality, and customer service targets
