Research unapplied cash not resolved by cash applications Interact with outside customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently You will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties for timely resolution Perform daily tasks to support the team in meeting service levels and goals You are expected to ensure quality and procedural standards are met in cash application research Manipulate files and work within the JD Edwards system to reconcile with external sources You will prepare and maintain accurate reporting related to cash applications Take responsibility for accurate reporting and timely processing of refunds to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
