UHP Analytical Systems Support Engineer

Description

You will understand and adhere to company safety policies, work practices, and operating procedures while reporting safety incidents and near misses Assist with commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of analytical systems, analyzers, associated components, cylinders, tubing, purifiers, sample pumps, controls, dilution systems, and analyzer suites Identify, manage, and maintain spare and replacement components for analytical systems Assist with commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of bulk gas purification systems, gas purifiers, and filtration systems at ultra-high purity installations Further, you will work with the Reliability team to develop and maintain operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules for electronics-specific analytical and purification systems Read, interpret, and maintain P IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, QA requirements, and MOC policies Communicate effectively with plant maintenance teams and build strong working relationships to support operational needs And you will travel to plant locations as required and support both field and office-based activities, including occasional after-hours work
