Site Services Technician

Description

You will adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies, operating practices, reporting requirements, and lone worker standards Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission gas delivery systems, industrial instruments, analyzers, PLC systems, and electrical equipment under 600V Read and maintain P IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with company and customer procedures Coordinate maintenance scheduling, material procurement, lockout/tagout activities, and contractor work Further, you will analyze process performance, understand process loop interactions, and develop projects that improve system availability and reliability Support and maintain ultra-high purity gas delivery and control systems Engage with customers daily and maintain required site access training and certifications Maintain site security and housekeeping standards And you will participate in safety meetings and safety-related activities Use CMMS to execute, document, and improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs Collect and analyze equipment and process condition monitoring data Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate inventory needs Follow work instructions, provide feedback, and identify process improvement opportunities Maintain regular communication with management Complete required training and achieve annual performance goals And you will provide support in office and field environments Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime, holidays, and after-hours as required Access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment using ladders, scaffolding, and man-lifts
