Description
You will participate in an eighteen‑month rotational training program designed to develop deep technical expertise in hydrogen production and basic air separation processes You shall complete a six‑month technical training rotation in The Woodlands, Texas focused on Hydrogen and Air Separation technologies followed by a one‑year plant engineering assignment In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional groups including Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, Process Controls, and Operations to gain hands‑on experience Take responsibility for supporting operational improvement initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to plant reliability and process optimization Additionally, travel to multiple facilities across the United States to complete rotations while remaining flexible to relocation needs throughout the program Furthermore, apply technical knowledge to real‑world plant operations while receiving structured training, mentoring, and on‑the‑job development
