Interstates is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Manufacturing Team in Omaha, NE . The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 8–15 employees supporting receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping functions. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and products move through the warehouse efficiently and accurately while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, inventory accuracy, Lean principles, and on-time delivery to customers . Lead and coordinate the daily activities of a team of 8–15 employees across receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping functions Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse team members while promoting accountability and teamwork Maintain direct responsibility for on-time delivery of materials and products to customers Oversee receiving activities to ensure materials are received, inspected, documented, and put away accurately and efficiently Coordinate warehouse operations, material movement, kitting, staging, and shipping to support production schedules and customer requirements Ensure inventory is accurately maintained and materials are available when needed to support manufacturing operations Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to eliminate waste, improve workflow, and optimize warehouse processes Establish and maintain organized, efficient, and standardized warehouse processes and work areas Identify and resolve material shortages, inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and other operational challenges Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Project Management, and other teams to ensure material and delivery requirements are met Monitor workloads, staffing, and priorities to ensure resources are aligned with production and customer needs Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of warehouse team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while holding team members accountable to safety expectations Track and communicate key warehouse metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, and other relevant performance indicators Promote teamwork, accountability, and Interstates’ Core Values Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, material handling, or related experience preferred Previous supervisory, leadership, lead, mentoring, or training experience preferred Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, kitting, staging, and shipping Demonstrated experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and quality Ability to analyze operational data and use performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Target compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications What We Can Offer: WEEKLY Pay Company-Sponsored Holiday & Team Building Celebrations Work/Life Balance (45-50hr/week) Family-Like Culture – A team that cares about you as a whole person, not just what you do for work Advancement Opportunities Training and Career Development Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Company-Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off and Holidays Matching 401(k) Program Pay-for-Performance Bonuses HSA Contributions
