Production Process Engineer - Internship (Nutrients)

Description

The Production Process Engineering Intern will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by working closely with production engineers, supervisors, and operators to monitor and improve plant performance in safety, quality, yield, and productivity. A key expectation of this role is active engagement in the plant environment. The intern will regularly enter the production areas to walk down processes in the field, observe equipment operation, and interact directly with operators to understand how the plant functions in real-world conditions. This hands-on exposure is critical to developing practical engineering judgment and bridging the gap between classroom learning and industrial application.
