Technical Trainer / Success Coach - Applied Materials (AMAT) Location: Gloucester, MA | Onsite 100% | Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:35 PM | Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr Build the Technology That Powers the World Yoh is partnering with Applied Materials (AMAT), a global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce advanced semiconductor chips and displays. We are seeking a Technical Trainer / Success Coach to train, mentor, and develop manufacturing employees in a high-tech environment. Why Applied Materials? This role allows you to influence safety, quality, training, and workforce development while supporting cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led onboarding and workmanship standards training.

Facilitate classroom, lab, and hands-on learning.

Coach employees on the manufacturing floor.

Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership on development plans.

Reinforce safety, quality, standard work, and 6S practices.

Maintain training records and learner progress documentation.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of manufacturing, training, coaching, or production support experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to coach adult learners and explain technical information clearly.

Manufacturing experience; cleanroom experience preferred.
