Summary/ Objective The Crew Leader I – Turnaround Group is responsible for leading and coordinating small to mid-sized field crews during refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. This position provides front-line leadership for the safe, efficient, and timely execution of industrial cleaning services, including hydro blasting, vacuum operations, tank cleaning, and other related services. The Crew Leader I directs daily field activities, assigns work, monitors crew performance, and ensures personnel, equipment, and resources are effectively utilized to meet demanding turnaround schedules.
