Project Engineer

Description

You will lead and support capital projects, facility improvements, and equipment integration initiatives from conception through implementation In this role, you will serve as the primary engineering liaison for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and other customer-driven projects You will develop project scopes, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of objectives Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, constraints, and schedule impacts Analyze manufacturing, quality, and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement You will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and cost reduction Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate process performance and implement sustainable improvements You will develop metrics and reporting tools to track project and operational performance Support and lead root cause investigations related to process, equipment, quality, and customer issues. You will lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly project review meetings You will support broader engineering, operational excellence, and project management initiatives based on business needs
