Overview
LaborLink ("Platform") is operated by ABIRU Labs. By accessing or using laborlinkplatform.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Who Can Use LaborLink
- 1.You must be at least 18 years old.
- 2.You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating a profile.
- 3.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
For Workers
- Creating a profile and browsing jobs is free.
- Your certifications and experience must be accurately represented.
- LaborLink facilitates introductions. All employment relationships are directly between you and the employer.
For Employers
- Job postings must accurately describe the role, location, and pay range.
- You may not use worker data obtained through LaborLink for any purpose other than direct hiring.
- LaborLink is a direct-hire platform. Staffing-agency-style markups or placements through LaborLink are prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
- Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without authorization
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using the Platform to discriminate based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or any protected class
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on LaborLink are owned by ABIRU Labs. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, certifications, etc.), but grant LaborLink a license to display it to potential employers as part of the platform's core functionality.
Limitation of Liability
LaborLink is a platform that connects workers and employers. We do not:
- -Guarantee employment or hiring outcomes
- -Verify all information provided by users (though we encourage accuracy)
- -Act as an employer, staffing agency, or employment agency
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ABIRU Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
